Restrict Student Internet Access:

With restricted computer lab time, it is important to make sure that the students are using their time efficiently and properly. By denying access to uninformative sites, students are less likely to be wasting time. With BrowseControl this can be achieved through either allowing access to only certain sites or completely denying access to all sites except those specified in a list of approved sites. You may also need to restrict access to certain applications which you feel are not necessary for the students during their lab time. This can be achieved either through BrowseControl's application blocker or for internet dependant applications, through the port blocking feature.
